Did you know? If you have more than 1-2 filters in your hot tub, you may have noticed that you have two different color filter caps - white and gray. The gray filter cap goes on the main filter. The main filter is the filter that sits on the gray standpipe (color coordinated with the matching color filter cap) and this indicates where the water intake plumbing line is (where you put your hose when you fill your spa). When there are more than 2 filters, it can be difficult to remember or tell what filter is on the water intake plumbing line. The gray filter cap is a visible marker that indicates the main filter and water intake plumbing line.
