Return Policy
RETURNS
All unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days has passed since the order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
If you want to return an item you purchased, please contact us at relax@springdancehottubs.com first to obtain a return authorization. Please include your name and order # in the email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards purchased through our web store are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Clearance and Sale Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to a return/refund if:
- The returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The original item packaging/bottle/wrapping has been opened.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
When the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 business days.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If any of the items in your order are defective or damaged when you receive your order, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery date. We will either: issue you a refund for the damaged / defective item back to the original payment method or ship you a replacement at no charge to you. If we ask for the damaged/defective item to be returned to us, we will send you a UPS return shipping label. Please email us at relax@springdancehottubs.com and include your name and order # in the email.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item you purchased from us, please contact us within 15 days of the order delivery date at relax@springdancehottubs.com first to obtain an exchange authorization. Please include your name and order # in the email.
You will be responsible for shipping cost to ship the item(s) back to us. You will also be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the exchanged item(s) to you. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.

We recommend using USPS or UPS to return your package, with tracking. We also recommend insuring the package if the value is over $75. We are not responsible packages that are lost in transit.
