• Wrong Item(s): If we send you the wrong item(s), we will arrange to return it and pay for the shipping of the replacement item as well as the shipping back to us for the incorrect item(s).
  • Shipment Damage: If an item(s) is damaged in shipment, you must notify us within 7 days. We will arrange and pay for the damaged item to be shipped back to us and will ship you a new item at our expense as soon as receive the damaged item(s).
  • Defective Item: If you receive an item that is defective, we must be notified within 7 days. We will handle the returning of the item, cover the shipping as well as get you a new item. After 7 days the item is subject to the terms of the warranty (if applicable).
  • General Return: If you wish to return an item that is unused and unopened, you must arrange for and pay for the shipping back to us. You must obtain an RMA # prior to shipping back the item(s). See below for instructions. In order to receive a credit back to your card, all non-defective returns must be in 100% resalable condition.
  • RMA policy: Contact Us via the form below with information about the item you'd like to return, and we will respond within 48 business hours. If you wish to call, please call our main office at (215) 491-7446 M-F between the hours of 9am-5pm. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
